When Dann Petty decided to travel to interview dozens of freelancers across the US, he had no clear idea of the outcome. Although he has been a (hyperactive) freelancer himself for 10 years, he felt the need to study his peers' practices, on their success or failures, to find answers to his own struggles as a creative and share some best practices, and created freelance.tv.
Over 12 months and more than 10 000 miles traveled, he got in touch with photographers, designers, founders and many other talents who - often - made the choice to work as freelancers.

As a result: a stunning platform compiling passionating stories, and the objective to create a documentary aiming to provide with a contemporary picture of what being a freelancer is like today and precious advice from real working people.

Dann is still looking for the support of the worldwide creative community through his crowdfunding campaign with the objective to release the final documentary by the end of summer 2017.
